We offer free worldwide delivery on all orders over €100
For all other orders we offer flat rate shipping of
€10 Rest of the world
Express Shipping with DHL
€15 Rest of the world
Does Hyper deliver worldwide?
Absolutely! We ship to all corners of the world.
When will my order arrive?
All orders are processed within 24h and shipped the following business day.
General shipping times:
Scandinavia: 2-3 business days
Europe: 3-7 business days
Rest of the world: 3-14 business days
Which courier do you use?
Hyper uses DHL for all express shipments.
Will I have to pay any additional duties & taxes?
You will be liable for any import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.
Please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
How do I track my package?
You will receive a shipping confirmation by email from us when your order is shipped from our warehouse. We only provide tracking on express shipments with DHL.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation e-mail within 3 working days, please contact customer service.
I have not received any order confirmation
Always make sure that your e-mail address is correct. This is the most common reason for not receiving the order confirmation.
SPAM-filters implemented by your e-mail provider could have blocked the e-mail.
If you typed the wrong e-mail address, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with and we will help you to adjust it.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled before they have been processed. Be sure to inform us as soon as possible since orders may be processed very quickly, generally after 2 hours we do not have the possibility to implement changes to your order.
What is your return policy?
Hyper will happily accept returns and exchanges on all our pieces! The item/s must be in original condition with all tags remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we can not accept any returns that do not meet these requirements. Hyper offers a full refund or an exchange on items. All returns must be sent to our Returns Warehouse in Helsinki.
